How to save and receive information to/from all my relatives OR does it save automatically. Can I see the work they've done? It seems somethings are saved, some are not. Do they need to be members of Familysearch.

Only individuals who have created a registration with FamilySearch and are signed in to their account can edit individual records in Family Tree. You can Watch any individual you are interested in and you will get a weekly email of changes to those individuals.
