After "SEARCH" and "CATALOG"; look for link called "Film/Fiche Number".

Click that and enter film number.

So, what you've got is that a specific record was indexed (a long time ago) and the Batch covered records in all of those films. You will need to look at each of those film numbers to see what date, time and place they covered and compare to the indexed information on your grandfather. The specific information about your grandfather should help you to narrow down which microfilm is likely to have the original record. Then you would look through the images of the book until you find your grandfather's record (they should be in date order).

If those numbers are the actual ones that you are finding, it looks like you are looking at information from Horsham, West Sussex, England. If you post a link to the specific record for your grandfather's information, I can help you determine which film would be the one most likely to have the original record.
