Try clearing your cookies at familysearch.org/cookies. Then bookmark this URL: https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/my-indexing if you haven't already done so and start there.

Something is wrong. This is the second one that has been reported here and I had one like it last evening on a French record. When I clicked OK, the batch opened. I'm going to tag @Heather R Jacobs and @piersonjc piersonjc.

@arjayhonor arjayhonor Please let us know if clearing the FamilySearch cookies worked. In the meantime, I will get this reported. If you and @Melissa S Himes could let us know the name of the batches that this happened on, that would be great. I am glad to hear that at least for the French batch, when Melissa clicked "Okay" it opened.

Hi sister @Heather R Jacobs ! Clearing FamilySearch cookies didn't work. This was happened to batch Philippines—Marriage Records, 1945–1987 [Part G][MSCQ-3CL]. I've tried also to open other batches butvstill it didn't work.

The same thing has been happening to a lot of members on our stake as well. They turn to us but we can't provide any definitive answer to them :(
