Help on reading birth documents

Thanks to the help from Matt Stein I was able to recover the birth record of Leopoldina Maria Stoss b 1878 in Wien. In addition Matt also got for me her 5 siblings as well as her father's birth. This was a tremendous help facilitated by this discussion Board.

I still need some help in reading her birth document. My understanding is that her grand parents and city of origine of her parents may be included in the document.

Also there are sone notes on the birth document dated 1937? The 1907 date is her wedding to Siegfried Türkel. She died in California in 1957.

Any help in deciphering this document would be really appreciated

Her father birth (last on the page )dated 14 Jul 1849 is also very difficult to read and translate
