Restricted Ribbon Appears and Disappears
I think there is some kind of glitch in the system. Multiple people at our family history center have attached a memory and then a restriction ribbon appears on that person's page. They can still add, remove, or change data. Sometimes the restriction ribbon goes away by itself. Sometimes it disappears if the person signs out and signs in again. Sometimes it shows for one person and not another person. Here is our most recent example:
-Patron attached memory at home to Harland Frederick Ormsbee, KWZS-LW4. Restricted ribbon appeared.
-Patron comes to center for help. Ribbon still there.
-Patron signs out and signs in again. Ribbon still there.
-Consultant finds KWZS-LW4 on their own account. No restriction ribbon.
-Patron signs out and signs in again. Ribbon is gone.
