That listing is Carl not Charles. I have never seen anything in USA records of him being referred to as Carl. I have copies of his marriage license and his death certificate. He is also listed as Charles in a number of US census. He had a sister Ida Ogren but she was born in Manistee MI in 1873. His father's name was John Ogren.
