I believe that Erich Thomasen is from Lykkesholm (modern spelling). It is really too difficult to read Jens' last name-anything would just be a guess.

Please note that this is in the Albøge parish, not in Djurs Sønder. It's also helpful to list the direct link, which in this case is https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=17121348#159553,26831637

The Family Search image for this record (found here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99Z6-FDVV?i=161&cat=117948 ) is a little clearer, but it still doesn't give enough resolution to decipher Jens' last name. There must be only 3 or 4 letters before the "sen", so that only leaves, perhaps, "Jensen" or "Larsen" or "Nilsen"-something like that. If I had to make a guess, I would guess that it is Jensen.
