@raymorgan1 Morgan is a relatively frequently found name. Have you built up the family tree leading to William Morgan in FamilySearch? Downpatrick isn't a large town but its hard to comment with so little information.
If you can give us the FamilySearch reference number for William, I am certain someone will be able to assist or guide you.

There is a VERY good website for County Down with masses of information and research. A very innocuous web address but dont let that put you off. This is well worth a look at. Although its County Down, Downpatrick is of course in County Down. Have a look, see if its any use.

Also there is a Facebook group although I have never looked at this but again it may be worth looking into. https://m.facebook.com/groups/151932828722176?bac=MTYxNjEwMzMwNTo4NjAyMjQxNDEyMjYzNzE6ODYwMjI0MTQxMjI2MzcxLDAsMDoyMDpLdz09&multi_permalinks&paipv=0
