Help reading a Swedish baptism record
This is the birth record for Hugo (Nilsson) 22 Sept 1874 (source Laholms landsförsamling (N) C:2 (1861-1890) Image 118 / Page 17) I am thinking that this record lists his Father (Nils Larsson) inspite of the fact that it is listed as an illegitimate birth - am I assuming too much? Based on this record I looked on page 231 of the household examinations and expected to find a Nils Larsson there, but could not. I could see a Nils Svensson and a Nils Hansson, and a Nils Peter Nilsson. Am I reading the 231 incorrectly?? When I see the notation inhyss, what does that indicate? I thought it was someone in the same household, but not family member??
Here we have the same Hugo Nilsson listed in a household examination (source Laholms stadsförsamling (N) AI:9 (1887-1895) Image 200 / Page 217). Here I think I understand that the notes indicate that he is the illegitimate son of the wife (Hustru), consistent with the birth record above. I don't understand the notation in front of the 4 daughters listed - I assume it indicates that they are daughters of the couple, but don't understand the notation.
Final question, as I have looked for records for this family I find them both in Laholms stadsförsamling and Laholms Landsförsmaling. I think I understand that these are city and country parishes. Why both? What makes the distinction? It seems that I have to search both to find a birth record I am looking for. Just curious more than any thing.
Thanks for your help!

Your birth record is written a little weirdly. Nils Larsson Winge is the father of Bina, not Hugo. The note at the end of your record indicates that the mother claimed that Nils Magnus Jönsson of no. 3 Mellby is the father.
This is probably him: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0010973_00138#?c=&m=&s=&cv=137&xywh=-1%2C553%2C3412%2C1793 as I didn't see any other Nils Magnus Jönssons anywhere else at that place.
The notations in front of the childrens' names are:
their daughter Dina Matilda
her illegitimate son Hugo Nilsson
their daughter Henrietta
their daughter Ruth Efretine
their daughter Ida ___illa
A stadsförsamling (city parish) is in the city and a stadsförsamling (country parish) would consist of the area in the country that surrounds the city. They are two separate jurisdictions and you will have to look in both parishes if the family is moving back and forth between them.
