This is mostly Swedish with a couple of Latin words. It reads:
The 27(th) March (1781) born cathedral tenant Bengt Pehr(sson)'s and his wife's male child baptized the 30(th) dito (ie, same month) named Lars. Godmother Böel Jöns Pehrs. Godfathers Håken Hansson from Nibbelöf and farmer Andersson.
Unfortunately, the mother's name is not mentioned here.
