What exactly - word for word - do lines 23, 24 and 25 say in this record?
Olof in line 25 of this record is married to my married to my 2nd cousin twice removed.
I am trying to determine Olof's father.
From this record, it appears that Sven Håkansson is Olof's father and that the family moved from the area. I am not sure what happened to Sven after this record. Olof's mother and a sister appear in other household examinations, but not Sven.
If I know what each word says in lines 23, 24 and 25 I think it will help.
Thank you for your help.

This answer circumvents your question here, but I think it is more to the point. In Olof's birth/christening record, the note at the far right indicates that the father was revealed to be Ola Carlsson in Slätten. You can see that record here (Entry 152 at the bottom of the page): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058084_00214#?c=&m=&s=&cv=213&xywh=-105%2C2103%2C8107%2C4353.
The only Ola Carlsson in Slätten in the 1865-1875 household examination record is #10 on this page: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0058080_00455#?c=&m=&s=&cv=454&xywh=-272%2C837%2C8217%2C4318. He was born the same year as Pernilla Håkansdotter, so I suspect he would most likely be the father of Olof.
The Örkened parish book for 1920-1944 has Olof's patronym as Olsson, so that pretty well confirms that Ola Carlsson is the father. See that record here (line 1): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/00113287_00199#?c=&m=&s=&cv=198&xywh=29%2C-155%2C5680%2C2985.
If you still wish to get a translation of the household record, please indicate so, and we can do that for you.
