Dear Scott,
this is a death certificate for Dorota (not Dorata - that name does not exist, and it is clearly written Dorota), the widow of Matej Legner. She died on August 22 and was burried on Aug. 24 1833. Unfortunately, I cannot manage to read the cause of her death.
