Feldman, Simon birth -get translation .png

Hi, could I get a translation of Simon Feldman's birth - line 195? I'm also interested in what it says over on the right side of the page - it might not pertain to him.

Thank you!

Simon Feldman, born 16 January 1875, son of Felix and Pepi Feldman, living in R. Rosztetan (not sure), midwife Alia Stopan, circumcision on 23 January by Juda Grosz, witness Abraham Gottlieb.

The note on the very right just repeats the names of the midwife and Juda Grosz.

    195. January 16 1875.

    Child: Simon Feldman

    Parents: Felix and Pepi Feldman

    Residence: K. Kosztolan

    Midwife: Alia(?) Stefan

    Circumcision: 23 January, Juda Grosz

    Sponsor/witness: Abraham Gottlieb

Observations: on 7th January ??? Júda Grosz. Midwife Anna Steiber.

[The note may be a continuation of the note on the preceding entry -- not that a date of 7 January works on that one, either....]
