You might have a problem with your request, as the "Community code of conduct" includes this:
"We do not permit the following behaviors...
Selling or promotion of products or services."
So, anyone offering services here would have to do so on a purely voluntary basis. Maybe somebody would be willing to take time in doing this, but many of us who regularly come across Latin documents in their research would then probably want a similar favour!
In many cases, I find I need just key words to be translated in order to acquire the essential detail I need from the document. There was / is a booklet titled "Simple Latin for Family Historians", which I found a great help with dates and relationships, in particular.
Also, Google Translate should be of help, especially in translating individual words or phrases. Otherwise, you could enter "Latin translation" (or similar) into Google, or another search engine, to see what alternatives might be available to help you in this matter.

Another option for you to consider.
If you are a member of Reddit, there are very active specialist groups there that could interest you and be of assistance with translation...
r/Genealogy
r/Translate
r/Latin
All three groups (Subreddits as they are called in Reddit) are very welcoming and certainly have people with the skills and enthusiasm to translate a Latin document. If you are not currently a member of Reddit, joining is very simple and free. I would recommend you have a look.

John.
