@G John Cass - Probably the best work is the following book found in the Family History Library. Use WorldCat to see if a library near you has it.
Massachusetts officers and soldiers, 1702-1722 : Queen Anne's War to Dummer's WarStatement of Responsibility:
edited by Mary E. Donahue
Authors:
Donahue, Mary E. (Main Author)
Format:
Books/Monographs
Language:
English
Publication:
[Boston, Massachusetts] : Society of Colonial Wars in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, c1980
Physical:
xxviii, 197 p.

The only other option to find out these men is to go through the "Massachusetts State Archives collection, colonial and post colonial period 1626-1806" - this is a 74 film collection that is all digital and online but not indexed. It would be a major task to find what you are looking for unless someone has an idea of which volumn has regimental lists. I would try to find the book I suggest.

If you can't find a local copy tell us. I know a volunteer who likes to do look ups at the Family History Library.

Thanks Darris, well, I found a copy of Massachusetts Officers and soldiers 1702-1722. The person who I was looking for wasn't listed though. But I know they were there from the record of their will which lists them as in Annapolis before passing away. I wondered if there was any other documents that listed casualties from the 1710 campaign against Port Royal, Nova Scotia.
