Birth: 13 March 1864, name: Samu Feldman, parents: Adolf and Leni Feldman, residing in Lemes, midwife: Hairsa (not sure). Cicumcision: 20 March by M. Herskowich, witnesses Hungo Zemplner. I am not sure about the last names (witness).

Child: Samu Feldman, legitimate

Parents: Adolf and Leni Feldman

Residence: Lemes

Midwife: Haizsa

Circumcision: 20 March, M. Herskowits

Sponsor/witness: Hun?? Zempliner

Observation: [ugh, my German is inadequate to this task]
