Can we ask for help accessing a record?

There is a record I would like access to. On Family Search it is here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:KCFD-CGY on FindMyPast it is here: https://www.findmypast.ie/transcript?id=IRE%2FLEC%2F4506854%2F00915%2F059 I don't think it is illegal to share it as it is past the copyright date. I know the FamilySearch transcript has some info but I think there may be more information available on the record itself. I think the record is from 1850 or so but mentions something that happened in 1819, and may give more information about the person mentioned and how he came to rent that land, possibly from the Earl of Kingston.

If this is not allowed I apologise but any extra information on the record would be appreciated.

For future reference you can request a look-up here: https://www.familysearch.org/family-history-library/family-history-library-records-look-up-service. I've uploaded the image for you.
