Danish vs. Norwegian/Swedish DNA

I was advised to ask this question here (instead of the Nordic Countries Genealogy. I have done my DNA in both Ancestry and 23andMe and they seem to treat Scandinavian ethnicity differently. My actual ancestry is from 2 places in Denmark: Holstebro (central Jutland) and Hjørring (northern Jutland). Why am I seeing a heavy amount of Norwegian and lesser amount of Swedish in my Ancestry.com composition? 23andMe seems to have it more accurately ONLY Danish. Thank you in advance for anyone's explanation!
