Thanks, Gracias, Merci, Grazie
We have several people in this group who have been very active helping members translate records and giving ideas and sources for finding information.
When that fire inside is lit and you start finding information, it quickly dies if you can't read the records. Thanks to @joseph99929 @Ameliaamouroux @Cousin Vinny for your help. You keep the passion for research alive for others.
We have another member who recently joined the community. Her name is Stefania Daly and she was born and raised in Italy before moving to the United states. She has also volunteered to help with translation of records. The best way to reach her is through her personal email, so if you have a tough-to-translate record let me know and I can provide her address.
The members of this group are doing amazing work together!

I am looking for Pasqua LoConti/Conety from Cammarata, Sicily. She was married to Andrea Consiglio who was born in the 1860's. They are my great grandparents......any information would be great.....Thank you.

My name is Mary Spano. Both my parents are from 100% Italian heritage. They are both deceased and I do
not speak much Italian & I can read very little Italian . I am so grateful to find this site. I am a convert, of 46 years, and the only member of the Church in my family, with the exception of my husband & 4 children. My husband passed away three years ago. I have found 5 generations of ancestors on my father's side and only 3 generations on my mothers side. mtspano44@gmail.com

Hello, looking for some insight please :) I used Google Translate to figure out what it says, but I want to understand what the crime was? Has anyone run across this in a birth record?
thanks so much!
