Can someone help translate this Danish confirmation record?

There are a few words I am unable to make out as well, but this is what I can understand:
Column 1: (Entry #) 6
Column 2: (Confirmant's name and residence) Ane Sophie Jensdatter in Sønder Ørum
Column 3: (Parents' name and home) Maren Jensdatter the father is dead from Høyslef (Høyslev)
Column 4: (Confirmant's age) 15 years certified by __________________ in Høyslef church book
Column 5: (Knowledge and behavior) Comparatively/pretty good
Column 6: (When and by whom vaccinated) Vac(cinated) by D.C. Baggen
Column 7: (Page in the jævnførelsesregister) Page 193 No. 33. (I looked at this, and it contains no new information-just a reference back to this page. See "jævnførelsesregister" in the Family Search Danish word list here: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Danish_to_English_Genealogical_Word_List)

Thank you norm! Your translations are very helpful!
Do you think the father's name was left off the record because he was dead or is his absence from the confirmation an indication that Ane Sofie was born illegitimately?

I believe that whoever wrote the confirmation record didn't know who the father was, hence no father's name is given. However, someone must have been known who the father was because the writer knew that the father was deceased. The only way to know for sure if the birth was legitimate or not is to find the birth record. I have looked for a birth record for Ane Sophie in both Ørun and Høyslev but have come up empty. Do you have any more information on her birth?
