Johansen, Josephine (1868) – Church Birth [3] [D].jpg

Can someone help translate the entry in the last column for the unnamed child (third from bottom)? Thank you!

This is a very interesting problem. It is pretty rare that you find a birth/christening record of a child with no name listed.

I am not able to give a complete translation of the note, so I will ask @Tanner Blair Tolman for some help on that. However, I was able to find enough information to get to the birth/christening record that gives her name. It took a little doing.

Your record says she was born at Flavenskold _______________. I couldn't make out what parish Flavenskold is in, but after a little searching, it turns out there is a Flavenskold in Voer, Hjørring. There is another birth/christening record for the same child here (#30): https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=416829#416829,76638932. All the information here is the same as your first record-dates and names all match, but there is still no name for the little girl.

But it does mention another parish, Hørmested where her name and all the other information usually given in a birth/christening record is given. That record is here: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=409592#409592,75898099. Interestingly, her entry number is "0", so this was probably put in as an afterthought.

This record mentions that Maren Jensen's father is Jens Olesen in Lillehøien (Lille Højen) which is a place in Hørmested (see here: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/H%C3%B8rmested_Parish,_Hj%C3%B8rring,_Denmark_Genealogy).
