Would someone please help me with this translation? See my comment of August 20.
Please translate the text for me. Was this a transcription of a death notice of a resident who died elsewhere (Toulons)? Interesting if so.
Thank you!

Bonjour @Judy Olsen_3
The registrar of the municipality of Bosselshaussen transcribed in his register on March 20, 1862, a funeral extract which was sent to him by the military hospital of Toulon.
This extract is dated March 9, 1862 and concerns the death of Jean FINCK, soldier (first class hunter in the 1st African hunters Regiment), born in Bosselshausen on March 6, 1820.
He was the son of Abraham FINCK and Catherine JACOB.
This extract also specifies that Jean FINCK was hospitalized on January 11 of the same year and that he died at 8 am as a result of chronic pleuritis.

Could someone please look at this entry. Should I be looking in Toulons for another death entry for him? Thanks.

When you click on the link, the first page that appears is asking you to accept their terms of use. Once you scroll down and click 'accepter', the link opens to the page with Jean Finck's death entry. Hoping someone can translate and explain if copying the info for a death that occurred outside the commune is common. Thank you!
