Could someone please help me with translating the circled text here?

I'm looking to mainly understand what it says about Maria and Nils here.

I believe that the information on the left side indicates that Maria (b.1799) moved to Åker (farm/village) in Bräthe (Brätte) parish and that Nils (b.1796) moved to Bållugen (Bollugen) (farm/village in Sundals-Ryr parish).

On the right side I can figure out the words but not all of the meaning, if that makes sense. The words are "Blind på högra ögat afven (äfven?) bruklig, vanför". I am not absolutely positive who this is referring to-it could be either Maria (b.1799) or Borta Svensdotter (b.1760), but it says something about being "blind in the right eye", then the last word (vanför) is "lame, maimed, malformed".

Looking at the next household examination book, the comment about "blind in the right eye" is definitely about Borta Svensdotter. See that record here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0044325_00053#?c=&m=&s=&cv=52&xywh=-25%2C179%2C4722%2C2976.
