Why we don't have virtual online FHC?
It is needed to have 24/7 FHC online. And multilingual! Why not?

In the normal (non-pandemic) Family History Centre environment, one or more Temple & Family History Consultants can offer personal support to any members or patrons, on a normal social basis.
The computers at our Family History Centres are installed with a specialised Family History Department version of the Windows 10 Operating System, and are connected to the internet by a specialised IP Address.
Importantly because of these specialised values, these computers can access film images of original Family History records, according to certain license agreements, which must be strictly observed.
I feel it would be very difficult to reproduce the aforementioned properties of our Family History Centres in the virtual online way you are asking for.
However, we are now, with the advent of Community, inviting T&FHCs into a realm of discussion and learning, where they can offer support online by the properties Community has.
Perhaps in the future - because of what our pandemic experience has taught us - the licensing arrangements and online security currently set protectively in our FHCs, will be succeeded with a qualified sign in and register system of access for record viewing, in any given instance of need, which will provide a containment sufficient for licensing to prevail, but online? (Just my simple personal comments)
