The note on both of your links indicates that "Klera" is a "tillnamn" which is a nickname. I don't know if "klera" has a meaning other than as a name.

Could you give us the link to the image? I can see "svag kunskap" which translates as "weak knowledge", but there is something above the "Klera" which I can't quite make out.
