I think I've got the main part of this birth entry for åke Mårtinsson but I also like to record the christening event and the witnesses.

If you could help me with this I would appreciate it.

Åke was born July 4 and christened the following Sunday (July 6, 1794).

I believe it says that "Åke Ola Bærcker's(?) widow held him". And the witnesses/godparents were "klockaren (sexton) Brun Anders Jeppsson and his wife".

Thank you to all who helped. I use Legacy and have recorded the birth and witness translation in the birth notes. I also make sure that Åke's birth and death are sourced in Family Search.

They really went to some effort not to record the mothers name :) though I have found her name on other birth records
