Russian to English translation request
Hi, I am hoping this document is a birth certificate for a family member born 28 Jun 1931 in Moscow to American parents. Thanks, Wendy

Hi Wendy,
This is not a birth record, but rather a домовая книга, or a house book, which is essentially a residence register. Would you still like a translation all the same?

Hello,
that's some terrible handwriting, Hopefully Ellie will do better than this, but I'll try anyway:
House book for house 21 on Sadovo-Kudrinskaya (end of word is missing, but it is a street in very central Moscow) street, Police department #10.
Arrived from: America
First and Last name, place of origin, family information: Graham Mark (I suppose, seems to say Грем Марк, the long lines at the end of many of words in the entire doc confuse the hell out of me, there seems to be absolutely no reason for them)
Citizens (definitely the plural) of USA (Северо-америксанских С.Ш. which is the pre-ww2 name for US that is no longer in use) and this is followed by something I can't understand. Probably starts with Mi.
Birth year: 1905
Papers granting the rights to stay: receipt for document acceptance issued by Moscow police? administration on 5th of Nov 1932.
Military service: (empty)
Type and place of employment: Teacher in Moscow high school of teacher education (педагог Моск. Высшей пед. школы - almost fried my brain there)
Apartment number: 31
Hope this helps.
thanks,
Igor.
