Exact meaning of 4th column? Was he baptized in church?
What is the date at the bottom?

Born 1827, entry 22. December 8, Peder Christian Jensen, Christened at home December 9, In the church August 31 1828, ; Parents: crofter Jens Christensen Steenbroen ( means "stone bridge" fyi) and Ane Christensdatter, at Boller Mark ( place of residence). Steenbroen is a second last name ( witnesses have the same name without a patronymic)
The fourth column indicates christened at home or in church. If at home because of baby's frailty, the child would also have a church christening later.

You did very well!
Column 4 transcription:
"hjemmed[øpt]: Dec 9de, i Kirke 1828 Aug 31" (The horizontal line over the "m" makes it "mm")
Column 4 translation:
"home-baptized December 3rd (1827), in (the) church 1828 August 31"
Explanation:
A child could be "home-baptized" if it was believed it would die before it could be baptized in the church. In some parishes, this "home- baptism" became common and was pretty much done to every child-all 3 of the children in this clipping have been "home-baptized". Later, that home-baptism would be confirmed in the church- in this case, 8 1/2 months later.
Column 5 transcription:
"huusmd Jens Christensen Steenbroen og Ane Christensdr paa Boller Mark."
Column 5 translation:
"cottager (someone who either has a house and no land of significance or a small plot (husband med jord) which is not large enough to support a family) Jens Christensen Steenbroen and Ane Christensdatter at Boller Mark"
Explanation:
The husband's name is Jens Christensen. Steenbroen, may be part of his name, but it may simply be the farm or village that he came from. The mother, Ane Christensdatter, has no place associated with her, but the family was living at the Boller Mark (which is a farm or village in Tårs parish) when Peder Christian Jensen was born.
