Does anyone have roots surnamed as Casella?
Hello!
I am looking for information about my ancestor Nicola Casella who immigrated to Argentina, and later on to Uruguay. His surname was changed to 'Cansela' and I was able to find his marriage and death records in both countries (so also his children's and his father's death certificate who went straight to Uruguay).
Nicola's father death certificate claims that we was born in a place called 'Tillano' but I couldn't find such location online.
Nicola's parents were Michelle Casella and Anastasia Santoro. He's assumed to have been born in 1969/1970 according to the age he declared on the certificates. Any information would be more than welcome. Thank you in advance.
Regards

I do not have ancestors with that surname, but when I looked online, that name is most common in Napoli and Roma, Italy.
