Could these 2 women be the same person? Betsy (Brita) Hendrickson LKP9-QJL and Brita Henriks Lokka MRYL-ZN2?

Yes, they are the same person. The birth record for Brita and her twin sister, Ulrica, show the father to be Henr. Lokka and the mother is Stina. The parents' birthdates are the same and the children match what is in Family Search Tree.
The mother in the household record is Stina Mattsdotter. "Nousu" is probably her surname while "Mattsdotter" is her patronym-ie. her father's first name is Matts.
I am not sure why Betsy's birthdate is 22 September 1847, but it should be changed to 18 November 1847.
