It reads:
Transcription:
Sept: d: 2 (?) Dominica XI ma post Festum Trinitatis Chri=
nades Ryttarens Gytterholms Barn i Södra Mo=
inge och blef i dopet Kalled--------------Jöns.
Translation:
Sept(ember) the 2nd, (on the) 11th Sunday past the Feast of Trinity (12 September in 1739) was christened cavalry soldier Gytterholm's (?) child in Södra Möinge and in the baptism was called ------------Jöns.
I believe that the father's surname is Gytterholm but the "G" is very unusual so it is difficult to tell for sure.

That is a G making the surname Gytterholm. It also mentions below the entry for the christening that Gytterholm's wife returned to church on 7 October.

I totally missed that. Assuming that she had been regaining her health.
I would very much like to find the name of Sven Gytterholm's wife. I wished that is was recorded as part of the birth record.
This information then says:
October 7 ______ cavalry soldier Gytterholm's wife of _____________ .
could you please correct or complete the rough translation I have made?
Thanks so much for noticing this entry.
Sincerely, Cheryl

The first word you are asking about looks like "gick"-I can't find a definition for it, but it has to be the introduction of the mother back to the church after childbirth (see this page in the Family Search Wiki if you are not familiar with that process: https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Scandinavia_Introductions.
The second word is "(i) kyrkien" which translates as "in the church".
I wasn't able to find her name at all in the records, but I did find her burial in 1740. That record is here: https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0063832_00094#?c=&m=&s=&cv=93&xywh=3087%2C48%2C2663%2C1693. She was buried 16 November 1840 and was 41 years old. Unfortunately, the record still simply records her as Gytterholm's wife.
This entry is for the 28 May 1839 burial of the child of Ryttaren Gytterholm who was christened on 12 Sept 1739 (Jöns): https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0063832_00094#?c=&m=&s=&cv=93&xywh=473%2C2439%2C2661%2C1692. No name is recorded for him, but it records he was 9 months old, so it has to be the same child.
