In the attached two records from Ronsperg (Pobezovice today) in the Czech Republic, it refers to a place where a marriage took place on 21 Feb 1944. Can anyone read the name of the place?

I read the place name as: Grottau, which is today Hradek nad Nisou in the Czech Republic. From 1938 to 1945 it was located in the Sudetenland.
