Needing to write to a church in Nicaragua

Hi everyone, newbie here. I'm looking for a baptism record for my ancestor Marco Antonio Ortega who was born in Rama, Nicaragua in 1903. I'm needing to write a letter/email to a church to hopefully get some information. How do I know which church to write to? Or do I just pick a couple different denominational churches around Rama and write to multiple? And do I only want to look at church around Rama? Or should I branch out farther?

    I am not familiar with what records are available in Nicaragua but there are some resources available at the FamilySearch Wiki at https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Nicaragua_Genealogy. Also the Catholic Church records are searchable in FamilySearch at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1494432.
