Hello @ddbarker1.517525365777785E12 ,
I can see why this would be confusing. Johan Wilhelm Sarfwe was missionary for Svenska Missionsförbundet or SMF (a Swedish New Evangelical protestant religion founded in 1878). At this time, the births, marriages, deaths, and congregation records were maintained by the Swedish Lutheran State Church. The pastor wrote the word "odöpt" to the right of the children's names to record that these children were not christened in the Lutheran church. Their father was a missionary for the SMF in the Caucasus and Russia. The pastor wrote a note "döpt af fadern" meaning baptized by the father in the notes column on the right side of the book. In case you haven't seen, there is a nice article in the Swedish version of Wikipedia about him, see https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilhelm_Sarwe.
