Possible note in birth record about deadborn sister to Eric

Please see the attachment's top entry for Kvevlax Parish October 24 1797 birth of Eric. There is a note written at the beginning of the second line that looks like "deadborn daughter." There is also "2nd" written above the child Eric's name. Does this mean that Eric is the second born of twins and that his sister was deadborn? I checked death and burial records for a female around the time of this birth date. There is no record for the burial of a female deadborn child born to Elias Isaacson and Anna Ericsdotter.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

You are right! There is a stillborn twin daughter born to this couple 24 October 1797 in Kvelax Parish, Vaasa county, Finland.

Eric, the other twin was born 24 October and christened 29 October. The daughter was probably born dead or died shortly thereafter on October 24th. The mother Anna Ericsdotter was age 33 when she gave birth to the twins.
