Help needed with job/occupation titles, please
I have a relative who's job title/occupation is listed as Føderådsmand, I know that in America he was a logger, but I'm not sure if that's the translation of this word or if it's another job. Perhaps forest worker?
Another job title/occupation is Inderst med jord og artilleriekudsk, google gave a literal definition of "Inside with earth and artillery shells", I think that means he detonated explosives in a mine, but I'm really not sure.
I appreciate anyone who might be able to give me a little more insight.
Thanks,
Megan

Føderad was a kind of pension support received by someone who passes on ownership of their land.
It was built into the agreement that the previous owner had a place to live and to be provided for.
Usually the new owner was one of their children.
Best single word translation is Pensioner I think.
