I am responding to your email about my genealogical research on my great-great grandfather, Santos Velasquez, native of Torreon, NM. His mother’s name is Paula Candelaria. I have researched the Valencia County, NM website containing births/baptisms for the period of 1925-1826, as well as census records for the period but nothing concrete that identifies his birth year or who his parents were. I have also researched the Hispanic Genealogy Center of NM, and the State Archives of New Mexico. I have also used the Family Search website to research but I have not been successful. Santos and his wife Antonia Jaramillo Velasquez had the following known children: Tranquilino, Rumauldo, Manuel, Juana Maria, Marina Dominga, Maria Darena. I believe this is his ID number:
