I would scan the pages and then upload each page under Memories - Documents for one of the people on the page and then tag any other people named on the page. Under description I would mention that it is the Jones family Bible, page X, in the possession of Laura Jones Gray and the date you uploaded it.
See the documents I have in the Memories section of Olga Armida Gherardi KWDH-174. I've been bad and I don't have anything in the description.

“Tagging photos and documents identifies the people who are in them. Tags can also ensure that the photo or document appears with that person’s record in Family Tree.”

In regards to the article above, if the correct name does not appear go to another person in your document and in Memories choose Select from Gallery click on the small checkmark in the upper right and then attach. As far as I know you have to do this for each person. Also it helps to label each picture/document in memories so you and others can find them later.
