How do I add my mother’s ordinances now that she has passed away?

If she completed ordinances when she was living, then they are attached to her church record. The ward clerk from her ward needs to mark her record deceased, then her church record profile will show up in FamilySearch and you can merge your profile with hers. When my father passed away it took 2 weeks for ward clerk to mark him deceased and then the next day I could see his profile.

Due to the nature of your 'Question' ...
I am "Moving" this (General) 'Question' of yours, to the 'Group' being "All Temple & Family History Consultants", in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum; so that, the members of that group can answer/assist you.
