Would someone kindly translate the groom's name and information from this note on the birth record?

Hi there. Wow... that's one of the worst handwriting I've ever seen on an old document! I was only able to decipher tha groom' name ("Francesco", son of the deceased Luigi), but the last name I still can't get. I'm reading something like "Cinti" at the beginning, but the word goes on...

I read Cimtimpo, but it does not exist such surname.
I think the best thing to do is to look for the marriage record. You have the exact date, the bride full name and Francesco as groom .

Surname probably Cinitiempo. Marriage was in Atena Lucana, but 1919 records are not available online.
