Hello #[MKSandersHanson MKSandersHanson] ,
Did you want the page transcribed (meaning type the words into Swedish as they are) or get a translation? I assume you wanted the latter. A word for word translation does not always work well because of the differences between English and Swedish with word placement etc. Here is the meaning:
Date: 1860 on 14 September
Case No. 42, J. Malmqvist (out to side is the district prosecutor, sheriff)
Same Day, On behalf of service had the district sheriff Jon Malmqvist to the court the hemmansdotter? (a way of saying a local daughter) Kjerstin Larsdotterof Långståll, with accusation of responsibility for her 3rd offence fornication, with declaration to administration of which case, under pursuance of answerableness (to the) open (she) presented her following certificate from the pastor. (The certificate is on image 1820 of the same volume) Then it continues beginning with: Husmannen etc. see (cross referenced document) letters WL. Hers and from Kjerstin Larsdotter oath so (in) obedience (provided) written acknowledgement, (begins with) “Undertecknade stämd” meaning the undersigned summoned (referring to herself) abbreviated for acknowledged----see (cross referenced document) letters WM.
You will see the cross-referenced documents on image 1820 in the same volume. The court wrote the letters WL and WM on the documents that Kjerstin presented. WL was written by the pastor in Järvsö stating Kjerstin Larsdotter is the step daughter of Jon Johansson of Långslott, born in Trandstrand 1820 on 7 February. He mentions her understanding of Christian knowledge and application, the means of salvation, and honest conduct but has had 3 children out of wedlock when the daughter Kerstin was born on 9 February 1860. She went through absolution of sins on the 9th of September but did not pay the fines to the church which in regard to the answering of the crime the party concerned the district sheriff (was) notified by Järvsö on 12 September 1860.
WM was written by Kjerstin Larsdotter stating: the undersigned to Järvsö district court, as obeyed on 12 of this (September) at Öje government inn farm for (the purpose) the state of responsibility for 3rd offence fornication submit myself, with acknowledgement provided myself, that responsibility therefore as legal agreement which here is secured. Järvsö on 8 September 1860 with two witnesses and mark by Kjerstin Larsdotter of Långslott.
Back to image 1790, it continues: After the (public) reading herewith tested (to) the court sastisfied (and then there is legal jargon) of 53rd chapter section 1 paragraph 388 along with 55th chapter, 58 chapter of misdeeds as well as the royal ordinance of 10 April 1810, convicted Kjerstin Larsdotter, for fornication of third offence, fined 15 riksdaler with 7 riksdaler 50 öre with (exchange if in) scarcity (of money) to undergo 8 days jail on bread and water in the county jail (instead) as well give to Järvsö parish church 2 riksdaler with 1 riksdaler (option to) deny, which fee if Kjerstin Larsdotter not presumed (to) pay, should of her with work (service) to the church serve.
Which tributed (to be paid) to the courts end (of session) on 6 December 1860.

Thank you for taking the time to transcribe this document into English for me. It was very interesting to read and to find out the punishment my 2nd great grandmother received.
