Person never heard of before was included on family tree through Puzzilla
The name is Prisciliana Escot KHNB-K9C. I have tried finding more information on her but have come up with nothing. Could be spelling of the name has been changed? How was this added and where did someone find information on her? How do I even know if this is someone that is actually related to me?
Sorry if this is in the wrong group. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated. It just makes me feel as if my whole tree is wrong.

It appears to have been submitted in 2012 by unknown4470317 which is obviously not very helpful to you.
However, I can explain in her Person Record near the top right hand side of the record, you can click on "View My Relationship". That might help.

Thank you, I didn't even notice that.

Puzzilla only reflects what is in the FamilySearch FamilyTree. You would be bettered served in finding what you need in the FSFT itself. You can go to her PID record (KHNB-K9C) in the FSFT and start looking around there first. I had a quick look myself and here are some ideas that might be useful to you:
1) The Change Histories on both Prisciliana and her husband Guillermo, both show that the records previously existed in the nFS database and were copied in to the FSFT in 2012 when all the other records came over. Neither have been touched since, and neither had any sources or other notes of any types.
2) Her son Margarito Gonzales (KZVC-HBD) appears to have also been in the record brought over from the nFS database as well. From his record in FSFT you can see that both he and his wife Feliciana Casto both had temple work done back in 1952, so those records have been in the system for a while now.
3) There was a duplicate record for Feliciana and and their daughter Jesusa that I went ahead and merged for you.
4) the whole family for Margarito and Feliciana (8 children) do not come with any sources and all came over in the 2012 DB conversion. However, there do appear to be some hints on them that would allow you to start vetting those relationships.
5) The parents of both Margarito Gonzales and his wife Feliciana Casto/Castro are end of line in the FSFT so for you to show up as related to Prisciliana, your line must come up through one of Margarito and Feliciana's 8 children
6) In the Margarito and Feliciana family and children, Feliciana has been given a birth date of 1847. This seems odd since she would have been 18 years older than her husband, and her 8 children would have been born between her ages of 47 and 62. There is something wrong related to that date.
Anyway, I suspect that by adding sources and dates to Prisciliana's son Margarito and his children, it should expose more information on Prisciliana
