I am new to reading these records and I hope someone more knowledgeable can help you. Tømmerup parish, Kaastrup town, Callendborg Amt, baarmand Niels Jørgensen ... National Soldier .. tenant ... who with the deceased Melagroe Jørgensen and wife beboede ... (grain) ...(money amount)..whose daughter tosteren ogter, hvilden farm with ald dends rette tilligende i mand and bye, forenvete Niels Jørgensen.
I may be wrong but I do not believe records of this sort, which looks to be a land or tenant record, would mention birthplaces. I have never seen the name Melagroe ever - could that name be Norwegian?

Thanks for the reply. This is danish, but this kind of writing is very difficult to read (but try Tølose church registers..). Simon Madsen (ID:L1MZ-6XM) lived in Ubberup, Merløse, Holbæk Amt. He died as the text said in 24 Mar 1784. He had two sons (Ole and Mads) and a daughter (Mette). I don't know his wife (in the registers is not written), and couldn't find the marriage register. As I know the order to make the genealogy in Denmark is (1) Census data - he was already dead, (2) Marriage registers, (3) probates (4) Birth,Christening church registers and Census again. The probates normally show the family of the deceased and their wife/husband (and sometimes their children) as you can see in the extracts that Aurora Clemons in her site had shared https://aurelia-clemons.dk/probate.htm. Jens Nielsen was like a notary there (you can see an index in https://aurelia-clemons.dk/lerch-fx.htm and see the register "Ubberup hus/smedie fra Simon Madsen Smed 1784 24 Mar I 691" talking about the document)

Its strange but almost all registers about Simon Madsen are from Jutland and none from Holbaek (with this exception), looks like he came from other part from Denmark or the register has not been found.
