Serbian records are almost always housed in the local municipality archive. They are not indexed (though some Roman Catholic records were copied and sent to the Archbishopric in Kalocsa, Hungary; those have been indexed) generally, so contacting the archive is your best bet. We've traveled to the one in Sombor to do research, and they've always been very helpful:
