How do I retrieve the names of ancestors names whose temple work that has been performed to connect

I have 19 generations of Chinese records of my ancestors. I do not read Chinese. Fifty of the names were translated for me and I have taken these names to temples and work had been done years ago. I just don't know how to get these names to connect to my family tree.

I don't know if these names are already in the database. I tried searching one of the names, zero match. I cannot connect them yet as what I have in my family tree now are generation(s) gaps to these names I am trying to add to my Family Tree. But right now, I am trying to locate them. Where do I go to locate these names?

The fifty names are no in Chinese characters. The reason I need them translated into English so I can read them. I do not know anyone who can type Chinese characters for me.
