Two questions re. Marriage record
1) Gammelby(e) is a place in Jerne, Ribe but I can't seem to locate the other place (Wognsbill) mentioned in the marriage record below. What parish/county is it in?
2) Is there any significance as to why two marriages (see image) are bracketed together. Other marriages of the church book seem to have mostly a single bracket for that marriage. Due to names and places, I thought it might be two brothers marrying sisters; however, although each couple is from the same two places they are backwards re. family names. Could still be... I need to look for records, but before I do... is there any insight to the brackets? This may be the location, (Vognsbøl), it is in the parish of Esbjerg Treenighed which is next door to Skast parish. Sorry, no insight to the bracket but it may be as you've speculated, siblings marrying siblings.

A thought... notice the next marriage was probably changed from No. 6 to No. 7. And the 6 was added to the previous record after it was noticed to be two couples, thus two entries.

Thank you- both for the possible location and the comment on the numbers. I had not noticed the change in numbers- there's always something interesting...
