The second document is for the death of Anna Maria Stephen. I believe it says 1791

perhaps the 10th of September ? I'm not sure of the word before decima. Novem or 9 years old.

Daughter of Johannis Stephen and Maria Anna Leüther.....after that I can't read it.

For the first act, the last two sentences indicate that the deceased was about {circiter} 40 years old {quadraginta annorum} and that she was buried by me {fuit a me} according to the usual rite {ritu consueto sepulta} on the 27th of the said month and year {supradicti mensis et anne}.

 

For the second act, it is indeed about the death of Anna Maria STEPHAN on September 10, 1791 and the following day {die sequenti} was buried by me, the undersigned {ame infra scripto sepulta est} in the presence of the father of the child {patre infantis} and of Casimirius SCHIMPF, the witnesses who signed {testibus subscripto}
