There are three Hvidberg's in Thisted, How do I know which one is correct?

The death record indicates she was born in Kjallerup, which is in Hvidbjerg Vesten A., Hassing Herred.
Sorry my eye sight is not good enough to read your possible match, although I do see the name Karen but the record is fairly damaged. Possible match for her parents in the 1787 census.

Karen Andersdatter's death record states that she was 74 years old when she died on 22 April 1848, she was the wife of the farmer Erich Jensen at Ørum Mark, she was born in Kjallerup (in Hvidbjerg Vesten Å parish, Thisted, like @Shari Duce wrote), and her father was Anders Christensen of the same place (Kjallerup, Hvidbjerg Vesten Å).
Based on this information, I have located the following censuses showing Karen Andersdatter with her husband, Erich/Erik Jensen. Note that the indexing of Thisted is complete for these census years.
The censuses list the following children of Karen Andersdatter and Erich Jensen:
- Anders Pedersen (born about 1806)
- Birthe Marie Erichsdatter (born about 1816)
- Jens Peter Erichsen (born about 1818; married Maren Sørensdatter, born about 1820, and they had Ane Marie Jensdatter, born about 1841)
In the 1845 census, Karen Andersdatter is listed as having been born in Hvidberg parish, Thisted, which fits what her death record states.
It looks like the birth record you have attached an image of is from https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=17124112#164772,27677339 I'll have to see if I can take a closer look at it. Since the images are so damaged, it'll be difficult to know whether it's the right record; however, if only one Karen Andersdatter who is the daughter of an Anders Christensen is born in 1773-1774 in this parish, then it must be her.

I found Karen Andersdatter listed in the tree on FamilySearch (MXX5-DL4, linked), although the records attached to her page are mixed up with some Norwegian records. The sources include Karen and Erich's 4 August 1810 marriage record in Hvidbjerg Vesten Å, which lists Erich as single and Karen as a widow; this is consistent with the family grouping in the census records, where the oldest listed child, Anders Pedersen, must have been the child of a man named Peder (due to their using patronymics at this time in this place).
I found Karen Andersdatter's widower Erich Jensen in the 1850, 1855, and 1860 censuses, living in Ørum with his son Jens Peder Erichsen and his family. This led me to finding the 7 April 1818 birht record of Jens Peter in Ørum.
I located what I think is the birth of the son Anders Pedersen, which took place in Hvidbjerg on 3 April 1805.

@William Hurst Here is a possible match for Karen with husband Peder Chrestensen, 1801 census. Their names are very common so more study is needed. There are two women (almost same age) named Karen Andersdatter in the neighboring parishes, of Ørum and Hvidbjerg so caution must be used.
