There are two christening records in the Bråby, Sorø, sogn, we cannot read or understand the information. It was suggested that I contact the Nordic Research Group for help.

The two christening are: Bråby, Sorø sogn, 1723 section:

1) opslag 66, Christopher, 3rd name in 1807, (4th name on the left side of the image).

2) opslag 69, Peder, 1809, 4th name on left side of image.

Both are sons of Peder Hansen.

The first 4 lines of the first one read:

Wednesday the 11th of March was renter Peder Hansens' also called Peder Ulrich's child in Braabye home christened and called Christopher. The christening was confirmed (approved) the 5th Sunday after Easter (3 May). The rest of the record names the godparents and gives their residences.

    The second one says:

The 11th of June (was) home christened cottager (small farmer) of Braaby, Peder Hansen aka Peder Ulrich's son Peder. The christening was approved in the Church the 9th of July. Then the godparents are named who are all from Braaby.
