Anyone linked to paternal haplogroup R-L21 from 23 & Me Genetic Testing?

My name is Steven R Riley and I am building a spreadsheet that shows informaton for 150 "R-L21" Links from 23 & Me. William Riley b, abt 1812 great-great grandfather is shown in East Baton Rouge with wife Elizabeth and family 1850 US Census. Family stories relate to William having ties to Tavern Inn in Baton Rouge. Census indicates he was born in South Carolina however I do not know if that is true.
